The NeoUMTS/NeoGSM suites offer one of the most advanced optimization services available in the market. However, optimization is not only finding and solving problems or inconsistencies in the network. It is also related to gathering useful data and being able to turn it into profitable information that allows the optimization teams to organize their activities, check the network evolution, define future actions over the infrastructure and reduce CapEx and OpEx while increasing ARPU. NeoManager is a web application that has been designed to facilitate these tasks while providing a centralized environment where all the results of the NeoAnalysis service are available. Enhanced supervision NeoManager includes very useful features to control optimization activities from two different points of view. Firstly, friendly interfaces show when a certain network element (such a RNC or a BSC) has been optimized, facilitating a rational planning for the management team in charge of that part of the network. Additional information is provided to ensure an accurate control of the optimization resources. Secondly, NeoManager is a huge repository that stores all the data generated by NeoAnalysis. This means that it is possible to generate custom high-level reports that contain the time evolution of the desired KPIs for many different elements (cells, services, mobile terminals, IMSIs and much more), thus allowing benchmarking, check the QoS evolution and much more. Efficient analysis The optimization engineer has also its own space inside NeoManager. By using a powerful user interface, the analysis dashboard presents the results of a NeoAnalysis project inside the application with just a few clicks. All the algorithm outcomes and KPIs are available and structured, allowing fast navigation from cell to cell checking the different recommendations. Since NeoManager is web-based, the only resource necessary to use it is a web browser, which combined with its ease of use makes it the ideal front-end to check the results of any optimization project. Seamless integration When designing a solution, one of our main objectives is to minimize the impact in the customer’s working environment. As NeoManager is web based, the operator does not have to worry about installing any type of software within its corporation. The entire infrastructure (hardware and software) necessary to run NeoManager is located at Ingenia Telecom’s server, which guarantees high reliability and every-day maintenance. Seamless integration within the operator is ensured. |
